Clotho Buer is also one among the important characters of the show. He is always seen arguing with his teammates.  He is a fan of Great Wonder Swan XXX and is often seen playing it while on missions.   The other worth mentioning protagonists of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED are Orga Sabnak, Lord Djibril, Phantom Pain, Neo Roanoko, Stella Loussier, Auel Neider, Sting Oakley and Yuna Roma Seiran etc.  They all play important role in the run of the storyline of the show.
